Protection with Kaspersky for you computer is great choice. You can just Install Kaspersky which you already purchased to protect your computer. Kaspersky antivirus protects your computer from viruses and harmful malware. It provides safe browsing & keeps you to put information on the phishing page sent by the hackers. Kaspersky antivirus has various variants and every variant has its own features. You can buy Kaspersky from online as well as offline stores. It is available in the stores and it is also available online. To install Kaspersky with Activation Code you have to activate your code from activation.kaspersky.com.

Before installing:

But before moving further you need to fulfill some essential requirements (See Below). If the following requirements are not fulfilled the Kaspersky may not install on your computer or not work properly.

  • Check your computer meets the system requirements for Kaspersky Anti-Virus.

  • Check whether any applications installed on your computer are incompatible with Kaspersky Anti-Virus. We recommend removing all incompatible software to ensure that Kaspersky Anti-Virus works correctly.

  • Close all running applications.

Install Kaspersky - Already Purchased

  1. Download the Kaspersky Anti-Virus installation package from the Kaspersky website, or via the link in the email you received from the online store.

  2. Run the installer.

  3. Wait until the searching for a newer version of the application has been completed, or click Skip.

4. Read the End User License Agreement and click Continue if you agree to the terms.

  1. Read the Kaspersky Security Network Statement carefully. Select the checkbox if you agree to the terms.
    If you don’t want to participate in the Kaspersky Security Network, clear the checkbox.

  2. Together with Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Secure Connection will be installed to ensure protected connection to the Internet. Click Install.

7. Wait for the installation to complete. Make sure the recommended settings are enabled and click Apply.

8. Click Done.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus will now be installed.

After starting the application, activate Kaspersky Anti-Virus.

Before activating the application:

  • Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet (for example, try opening the Kaspersky website).

  • Make sure the system date is correct on your computer.

What is an activation code

An activation code is a code you get when you purchase a license to use a Kaspersky product. It consists of 20 Latin characters and is divided into blocks in the following way: ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ. This code is required to activate the application.

How to get an activation code

You can get an activation code in a number of ways, depending on how your purchased your license:

  • If you purchased a Kaspersky product in the online store, the activation code is sent to the email address you specified when making the purchase.

  • If you purchased a Kaspersky product on a CD, you will find your activation code in the Quick Start Guide.

  • If you purchased a license renewal card, see the code on the back of the card.

To avoid losing your activation code, connect the device with the installed Kaspersky application to your My Kaspersky account.

Information about your license will be available in the Licenses tab. You can view the activation code by clicking Details.

Activate Kaspersky with the activation code

You may need the activation code for renewal or contacting technical support. We recommend that you connect the application to My Kaspersky to have the activation code at hand.

To activate the application:

  1. In the application window, click .

3. Enter the code from the message you have received after buying the license and click Activate.

  • Webcam access protection is provided only for compatible webcam models.

  • On 32-bit operating systems it’s not possible to use a hypervisor for protection.
